About Auto Tech Beginning in 1991 as a part-time mobile repair out of the back of our 1981 passenger van has grown into a full scale mobile repair unit and two shops with highly qualified technicians and staff. Owners Cyril and Nadine Baker are also deeply involved in the local community. sponsoring Winter Inspection Days to benefit Goodwill Industries, offering job shadow opportunities to students at TBA Career Tech Center, Northwestern Michigan College and Child & Family Services. They are also members of the Automotive Technical Program Advisory Board at Northwestern Michigan College, TBAISD Career Tech Center Business Advisory Committee and Automotive Service Association.
